How much time will this program take?
The program is designed to be done as you have time, at your own pace. There are 6 modules which include video teaching, journaling as well as other options and resources. Your time commitment will determine how much you get out of the program - the more time, the more results- but everyone learns at a different pace and has different amounts of time.
